Beers, liquors and wines
On all the circumference of the island, one finds vine in Corsica, who counts eight soils A.O.C.! Four type of vines dominate: in white, the vermentinu, which approach the malvoisy, in red and rosy, the grenache, the sciaccarellu and the niellucciu (typified syrrah).
The liquors are another insular speciality. They are prepared starting from all the plants and fruits of the maquis: clementine, myrtle, sweet chestnuts, nut, anise, but also raspberry, orange, or any other fruit (citron, a kind of lemon).
